NB MINING AFRICA

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

To continue the development of the company is my principal objective.

This development must be articulated around two essential axes.

The investment. It takes place at the level of equipment and also at the level of structuring needs.

The vocational training, which must be materialized through permanent follow-up and mastery.

Regarding the follow-up, we have created a training center which, on the theoretical and practical aspects, provides permanent supervision for all staff regardless of their level of competence, qualification or position in the company.

Regarding the mastery, it is a team effort which consists in coordinating and organizing all the separate departments for a better cohesion and tending towards greater productivity.

This productivity must operate in a context of reciprocity. It's about improving productivity to improve outcomes and overall working conditions.

Create wealth for a fairer equation with those who participate or promote it.

This spirit of reciprocity is a fundamental element of my policy.

With a global workforce of over 2000 employees, bringing together 14 different nationalities, most of them Congolese, it is essential to pay the greatest attention to the cohesion of all staff.
